Our agent is on her way to present an offer. Cross your fingers for us that this one works out. We have only had the house back on the market for 6 days, but we priced it to sell.
**Update**
The lady put in a full price offer, but her loan required we pay $5400 towards her closing costs and $7000 towards her down payment. Who has $12,400 to spare???? Not us. We might be motivated to sell, but we're not exactly desperate (yet).
